This drop in computer support has left many companies vulnerable to virus attacks, loss of productivity due to hardware failure, and computer crashes that could have been averted by updating software. The amount of profits lost by not having support professionals to resolve issues have cost companies thousands of dollars if not more. We offer an on-site service contract that offers 4 hours of support per month at no additional cost. These 4 hours can be used to repair hardware, install new software, run new cable drops, etc. Our technician will arrive on-site a minimum of once per month to provide software updates and resolve any computer issues. These issues can include but are not limited to cable drops, computer repair, consulting, upgrading computers and many more. This contract is designed to provide your company with all the benefits of a technology staff without all the hassles of full time employment.
