These 4 hours can be used to repair hardware, install new software, run new cable drops, etc. Our technician will arrive on-site a minimum of once per month to provide software updates and resolve any computer issues. These issues can include but are not limited to cable drops, computer repair, consulting, upgrading computers and many more.
